Told me oil change and filter was $89 for a 2023 Sierra truck but charged me 99. Called them twice and both times they verified 89 with the details of my truck. I won’t go back I don’t like being lied too.

John Rameriz was the one who took care of me from check in to check out. He was nice, professional, and helpful when it came to explaining the issues with my Terrain. I have been coming here for about 8 years with no real issues as far as service or with employees. I only gave 4 stars just due to the wait time. Sometimes 8am Saturday oil changes take until 1pm, sometimes you are out at 11am.

This dealership always provides professional and excellent service I trust them with our GMC Terrain.

The service provider that I recieved this time was great. His name was Josh and he kept me informed on what was going on. He was able to get all my issue fixed in one day. There are other things that my warranty covers but this dealer doesn't have a third party that takes care of it such as windshiled and wheels, even though other sterling mcall dealerships do. I wish they still would give you a ride so you don't have to stay at dealership all day. All in all a great experience this time around.

Was a joke going there, 9k service estimate for a truck a bought less then 1 year ago from same dealership group. Never told I had a $200 service charge for a check up.. but won’t give you your keys if you don’t pay.. worse truck I have ever bought in 25 years. Had that truck repaired 5 times since bought, sad for the customer.

Service was quick and easy. Service advisor promised my vehicle to be done in an hour and a half, but exceeded all expectations and delivered my truck back in 45 minutes. The conditions outside were very cold and didn’t expect a car wash. Other than that, they usually do wash my truck after services, but I am human and understand the weather didn’t allow for it.

They were very helpful just a little inconvenience when we discussed the price the person above the salesman I felt that was not 100% polite and make me feel a little ofended

I just took delivery of my new vehicle and let me tell you, Jay Lim and Floyd was courteous and polite. They were always upfront about the pricing, gave me enough time for me to look around and always showed the willingness to work with me and keep me updated on my options. They made sure all of paperwork was on time and accommodated my tight schedule. Overall, I recommend Jay and Floyd to anyone as they always make me feel welcome. This was also my 2nd time doing business with them.

This is very unprofessional I was charged 200 dollars for a smoke test that I never agreed for Buick to do. I’m very disappointed that I was charged and I told them not to do anything to my car if the insurance didn’t cover the cost. I asked them to call me before doing anything to my vehicle

This is a very impressive, friendly and professionally operated dealership. My salesman, Josh Espinal was excellent help in every way to put my needs together and I was extremely pleased with our deal. In addition the General Sales Manager, Senad Hadzithusejnovic worked with us in approving and negotiating my deal. All in all I highly approve this dealership and everyone I met there. He responded immediately either by phone or texting. He explained to me thoroughly what was wrong with car and how much will it cost. He was very patient and courteous. I was told that I had all the service and parts all taken care of when they diagnosed it. The AC compressor was out. I then released the work because I had been assured that it was covered. A week later I get called and told it’s ready only to find out it wasn’t covered and now left with a $1500 bill. I could either pay it or they would remove it and give me my car back. Worst experience EVER! I had purchased the vehicle only 1 week prior to it running out.

Stay away from the service department. They are rude, unprofessional, and don’t know how to repair their own vehicles. Mike, the service manager, told me to go to another dealership since they could not fix my issue.

They replace the fuel filter but did not reset the fuel life filter makes me think they did a half job

I didn't get printed report of was done. The agent did all wrong. He promised that I will get my report next time. He was over loaded with his work. Plenty of reports on his desk. My car was ready for a while and, I was looking all over for him with the help of other agents. It seems no file was open for my car. This time, it was a very bad experience and that's why I gave such rating.
